Experience in reconciling cash accounts, asset accounts, liability
accounts, revenue and expense accounts.
Creation and Analyzing of Financial Statements, Cost Accounting, Cost
Reporting, Budgeting Creation and Management Variances, Accounts
Receivable Management, Accounts Payable Management, and GAAP compliance
for all elements.
Analyze all monthly financial statements and analyze taxation
implications.
Perform journal entries & miscellaneous Accounting admin functions.
Experience with QuickBooks, and Peachtree Accounting, MS-Excel, Advanced
Excel Applications with VisualBasic, Macro Creation Capability, HFM,SAP,
JDE, XML, SQL, and MS-Access.
Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the
production and Analyzing of financial statements and reports.
Prepare journal entries and reviews accounting classifications in
accordance with GAAP.
Prepare documentation in support of external and internal audits.
Experience with Windows 2003 Server or Later Versions and Veritas Backup
Systems.
Build, modify and maintain Microsoft Access related financial models.
2 years experience and High School diploma
