Ambulation, Medication Assistance

• Assisting clients with transfers and/ or ambulation
• Transfer to chair, bed, ect.
• Assist clients with medications that are normally self – administered
• Assist with arranging transport for medical care or accompany clients on public transportation, such as handi-ride or family caregivers
