  • Encourage regular movement throughout the day to promote circulation, maintain mobility, and reduce stiffness.
  • Support safe ambulation by reminding clients to walk as tolerated and assisting with pacing, balance, and proper use of walkers or canes when needed.
  • Guide clients through simple daily exercises (as approved or recommended) to help build strength, flexibility, and endurance over time.
  • Provide motivation and gentle reminders, while monitoring for fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness, or discomfort and allowing rest breaks as appropriate.
